Paolo Facci is Research Director at IBF-CNR. Scientific interests: electron transport proteins, biomolecular electronics, enabling technologies for biosensors. -Degree in Physics and PhD in Biophysics UniGE. -Post-doc at the Department of Physics, UniPR. -1999 Senior Scientist at INFM. -2001 INFM research unit c/o Dept. of Physics UniMoRe (since 2005 Nano-CNR). -2002 awarded “Premio Campisano” by INFM. -2014 IBF, Genova. PI of EU, national, regional, and industrial projects. Author of more than 100 papers, 7 patents, one book, editor of special issues. -32 invited talks/key note lectures at international conferences and schools. -4100 citations, h-index 36 (Google Scholar, September 2021). Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on NanoBioscience.
